VAL-CO Tunnel Inlet Doors have seven times the insulation value of curtains. The continuous hinge is reinforced with stainless steel for durability. An extra large continuous top seal eliminates drafts and pushes air up along the ceiling.

The AccuFlow Inlet has a curved design that throws air to the center of the house for smooth air mixing. The insulation minimizes condensation and seals tightly to prevent air leaks and improve house tightness. The AccuFlow is pre-assembled to minimize installation time.

The Natural Flow Chimney has an aluminum outer skin to hold up against the elements. An operation cable kit opens and closes the damper to allow air flow. Chimneys can also include bird netting, bird spike, flashing, and winter doors.

VAL-CO Framed Inlet Doors are foam insulted with flexible door seals and a full-length polymer hinge. They direct the air up along the ceiling for smooth air circulation. Inlet doors are available in 12″ section, continuous 8′ sections, or custom lengths.

The Directional Hemisphere’s unique design reduces temperature variation by moving large volumes of air without interfering with the incoming air during minimum ventilation. It reduces drafts and cold zones by mixing warm house air with fresh air. The low profile makes it ideal for use in layer pullet, layer, and floor bird houses.

The Hemisphere Mixing Fan draws air up from the floor and out towards the walls to quietly and evenly distribute air throughout the house. The movement of the air decreases drafts and gusts over the birds to create more uniform temperatures across the house. The Hemisphere is available in 48″ or 72″ diameter models.

The Hemisphere Z-Pro Fan has a low 12″ profile to fit perfectly in low-clearance ceilings. Its large diameter and slow rotation won’t disturb livestock, but still moves a large volume of air to reduce temperature stratification, improve heat distribution, and eliminate dead spots.

The Ventra Pro Controller makes ventilation control a snap with one-touch access to pertinent information such as water usage, daily temps, and feeder run times. The controller helps monitor costs by tracking propane usage, uses plugin relays for easy serviceability, and reduces electrical interference with wire rerouting.
