VAL-CO™ Modular Plastic Planks, constructed of extruded, rigid PVC, can be used as pen partitions, walls or doors. This system easily snaps together with no glue or external support required. This is available in 18’, 20’ and 24’ lengths.
VAL-CO™ gestation stalls are manufactured with hot-dip galvanized heavy-wall tubing as well as solid vertical spindles or horizontal bars, bottom bar and legs. The sloped front increases operator mobility while the lower back allows easy access to the animal.
The VAL-CO™ farrowing crate features positive action anti-crush fingers or bars that help ease the sow down to the floor and reduce crushing rates. Bow bars can be easily adjusted to allow sow and piglets to nurse more comfortably and reduce pre-weaning mortality. Our farrowing crates also offer a choice of galvanized or stainless steel wet/dry feeders, which are easy to clean. Available in tube steel or solid rod designs.

The hot water heat panels fasten to the floor at each corner, providing quick and easy installation. The system is available in sizes to fit both farrowing and weaning applications.
This low-to-ground feeder – made of tough, durable plastic – provides easy access for piglets. The dividers prevent piglets from contaminating feed. Even though this feeder locks into place to prevent spills and messes, it can easily be removed for cleaning.
