Pad Cooling![]() PolAIR™ EZ-Cool™ Pad Cooling SystemThis proprietary system is manufactured by VAL-CO™ and uses a unique raised ribbed pad tray, molded directly into the trough to keep the pad elevated above the drain holes. This allows 100% drainage with no spill-over from the tray. The design of the PolAIR™ EZ-Cool™ trough greatly reduces installation and maintenance time with its unique quick-connect coupler and full 8" (20.32 cm) clean-out at the end of the trough.
PolAIR™ EZ-Cool™ Open Top Pad Cooling SystemThe PolAIR™ EZ-Cool™ Open Top from VAL-CO™ is designed for easy installation and cleaning. The all-in-one trough saves hours of cutting on installation and the 8" (20.32 cm) clean-outs reduce shutdown time. With the new open top option, water volume can easily be checked without having to lift or remove any components. The EZ-Cool Open Top can be installed flush on the side of the house or with an extended kit.
Misting![]() PolAIR™ High Pressure Fogging SystemThe PolAIR™ High Pressure Fog System is the most efficient and most requested cooling system from VAL-CO™. With operational pressures of 1000 to 1500 PSI (6.89 to 10.34 MPa), the system atomizes water into billions of micron-sized droplets that flash evaporate upon contact with the air for optimal temperature reduction. These systems are individually configured to best fit the application and install easily.
Low Pressure Misting SystemThe VAL-CO™ low pressure misting system uses nozzles with the highest quality and technology, creating a fine mist that evaporates quickly, lowering the temperature in a short period of time. The system operates at 60 to 200 PSI (.41 to 1.38 MPa) and installs with little or no structural modification. PolAIR FlexFog™ SystemThe PolAIR FlexFog™ system by VAL-CO™ represents our newest cooling technology, bringing flexibility in cooling capability, performance and installation. The system features temperature reduction, no-drip atomization nozzles and easy installation at or below the cost of conventional pad cooling. A flexible hose capable of operating from 600 to 1000 PSI (4.14 to 6.89 MPa) allows configuration for a mid-range pressure system all the way to a high pressure system.
